The Citi Platinum Select MasterCard is a great card for transferring a balance. They are offering 0% for 21 months on balance transfers. This is a much better deal than many of the banks have ever offered. They are also offer 0% for 12 months on just regular purchases. Their "Thank You" rewards program always gets high marks and their Identity Theft prevention program is also top notch. Their application is pretty simple and they make a decision rather quickly.
