Cash Back Credit Cards
One of the most popular rewards that people like to earn with their credit cards is cash back. What’s not to like? Every time you use the card you get back a percentage of that money spent. There are several cash back credit cards available online, but not all are very good offers. We have done much of the research for you and have created a list of the Top 5 that we feel offer the greatest overall value to consumers. To determine our rankings we took into account the interest rates, if there was an annual fee or not, the amount of cash back being offered, and if there were any special promotions.
The banks are very competitive right now and that is a good thing for consumers. The cash back credit card offers that they have made available are the best in years. Some of these cards are even offering an additional bonus once you have spent a certain amount of money on the card. Please review our Top 5 Cash Back Cards list and select the card that is right for you.

Best Cash Back Credit Card
With so many choices available, it can be hard to be sure that you are applying for the best card. Cash back has long been a favorite reward for many consumers. People are in love with the concept of earning cash which is why this type of reward with a credit card has been so popular. With that being said, we set out to create a listing of the best cash back credit cards that are available online. We took several things into consideration before we developed the rankings above. Due to the fact that there are several credit cards on the market that offer a wide range of rewards including cash back, we only chose cards that had cash as their primary reward. Introductory rates on purchases and balance transfers, on-going interest rates, and annual fees were also considered.
Cash Bonus Reward Offers for Applying
A newer feature available with some cards are the additional bonus cash being offered once you have spent a certain amount of money after you have received the card. We have found this to be a great way for the issuing banks to entice new cardholders to give their card a try. This is great for consumers because the spend amount needed to receive a $100 bonus is about $500 over a 3 month period. Most people can spend more than that with grocery purchases in 3 months. The type of consumer that usually applies for this type of card is a deal seeker. These bonuses are truly a great deal for making purchases that you would be making everyday.
2% - 5% Cash Back Credit Cards
You will be hard pressed to find a card that will offer you 2% - 5% cash back rebates on all purchases uncapped. The vast majority of offers are for a straight 1% earnings rate. There are now some really good products that are offering as high as 5%, but they are limited to certain purchasing categories. Those categories are usually groceries and gasoline, but some may offer them on home improvement, fitness, healthcare, and travel. Be aware that there is usually a limit on how much you can earn within a certain category within a certain time period. It is best to read the terms on the application if this is an important factor in deciding which card you want to apply for. When we determined our rankings we took the additional earnings into account, but ranked based on overall quality of the card.
